  • Bodyweight Data: Your current bodyweight, only if you provide explicit consent.
  • Device Information: Basic information about your device (model, operating system version) for troubleshooting purposes only.

We do not collect:

  • Location data
  • Browsing history
  • Contact information (unless you contact us directly)
  • Payment information

3. How We Collect Information

  • Direct Input: All data is collected directly from you through manual input within the app.
  • Device Information: Collected automatically when you use the app.

We do not collect data from third-party sources.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR Article 6)

We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:

  • Consent: We collect and process your workout and bodyweight data based on your explicit consent, which you provide when entering data into the app.
  • Contractual Necessity: Processing necessary to provide you with the core functionality of the app.

  • To track your fitness progress over time
  • To personalize your workout experience
  • To allow you to monitor changes in your bodyweight (only if you consent)

6. Data Storage and Security

  • Local Storage: All collected data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
  • No External Transmission: We do not transmit or store your data on external servers or cloud services.
  • Device Backups: If you use your device's backup functionality, your app data may be included in these backups according to your device settings.
  • Security Measures: We implement appropriate technical measures including:
    • Secure local storage
    • Integration with device-level security (Face ID, Touch ID, passcode protection)
    • Encryption of sensitive data at rest where feasible

7. Anonymous App Analytics

Nature of Data: The anonymous analytics we collect include:

  • App performance metrics (such as load times and memory usage)
  • Feature usage patterns (which features are used most frequently)
  • Error logs and crash reports
  • System information (OS version, device model)
  • A randomly generated device identifier that helps us distinguish between different devices in our analytics

Privacy Safeguards:

  • The device identifier is randomly generated and not linked to your Apple ID or other personal information
  • All analytics data is stored separately from any personal workout data
  • Analytics data is automatically deleted after two weeks (up to four weeks for troubleshooting)
  • We implement technical measures to minimize any potential for identification

User Control: You have complete control over whether this data is collected:

  • The "Share App Analytics" feature is opt-in and can be toggled on/off at any time in the app settings
  • When disabled, no analytics data will be collected

8. Data Retention

  • You can delete your data at any time by:
    • Using the in-app "Clear Data" function in Settings
    • Deleting the app, which removes all locally stored data

9. User Rights (GDPR Articles 15-22)

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to Access: View the data you have entered at any time within the app.
  • Right to Rectification: Edit or correct your data directly in the app.
  • Right to Erasure: Delete all or specific data through the app settings.
  • Right to Data Portability: Export your data in a structured, commonly used format through the app's export function.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: If you have consented to bodyweight tracking, you can withdraw your consent at any time through app settings.

Important Note on Processing Rights: Since this app stores data locally on your device and data processing is essential to the app's core functionality, the rights to restrict processing or object to processing can only be exercised by deleting specific data or discontinuing use of the app. All processing of your data occurs exclusively on your device as an integral part of the app's functionality.

10. Data Sharing and Third Parties

  • We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your data to any third parties.
  • We do not use third-party analytics services.
  • No data is transferred internationally as all data remains locally on your device.

11. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our app does not use cookies, as it is a native mobile application. We do not track your online activities across third-party websites or services.

12. Children's Privacy

  • Our app is not intended for children under the age of 16.
  • We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
  • If we discover we have collected personal information from a child under 16, we will delete this information immediately.
  • If you believe we might have inadvertently collected data from a child under 16, please contact us immediately.

In the unlikely event of a data breach that compromises your personal information:

  • We will notify you via the contact information available or through an in-app notification within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.
